The idea that freddy is getting his chance is fucking comical. His stats are probably near the best on the team, given his time on the field, and he still gets shit for play. The guy has only played the equivalent of 4.5 matches and yet he still managed to score 5 goals. AND remember that he didn’t even hit the field until september 26th, 2 months into the season.
When is Camacho getting the boot?

Most people in Portugal agree that at this point Adu should be getting more minutes than Di Maria.

What really scares me is the fact that Camacho wants new players in December (mostly on loan), and if that happens both Di Maria and Adu will get a lot less playing time.

I have also been saying this. He has deserved more minutes than he has gotten.

I wish I could look into Camacho’s mind and understand why he does not play Adu more. Maybe he feels he has too much invested in Di Maria and Freddy has time. Maybe there is a biase against U.S. players in general. I hope not, but the kid needs a fair break with Benfica.

If not…I woul recommend he test other waters during the summer transfer window.
